Remember, The most important thing is to be healthy! When your healthy in the inside you will look healthy on the outside. I sometimes flip through a magazine and think i wish i had her legs, but or stomach. But we are born with our body and its up to us to make what we have look great. Eat more lean protein, veggies and fruit. Eat quinoa, barley lentils. Stay away from cake, white bread pizza and pop. It is poison for our body. Thats what we have to remember, feed our body healthy fuel and you feel healthier, more energy. Excercise, for your heart and body. Its ok to want to look a certain way, but its up to us to do the work. Things that help me, workout dvd's. P90x, jillian michaels, I pop in a dvd when i can and it helps you want to eat better throughout the day. :smile:
