Oh yeah, I found one, my face muscles!! Well they might hurt someone else:laugh:
I can hardly sit down on the "can" and I am thinking about todays workout, which is upper body again:noway: It was sore yesterday:sad:
Ok, so this is supposed to encourage others to do weight-training since I know now that, for me anyway, if my muscles aren't sore then I need to do something harder to get them that way
Muscles are the most effective fat-burners, so I hear. I am beginning to believe this but the final proof will be when I get to post my befores and afters:happy: :blushing: :drinker: :drinker: denise
PS I know some of you are thinking "why should I want to suffer that much?" This is why
Ok, so not likely I'll ever look like Thea but I can dream!!

Yup- The worst is after my leg workout. The next morning I'm fine, but get me around lunch time and I'm hobbling from my desk to my car. Even sitting on the potty is taxing after my leg day. Give me about 2 and 1/2 days and I'm able to walk normal again.
But I find it a little enjoyable, because I know that I kicked my own as$ and that it was for the better :happy:0 -
