I need advice...here's the deal. I am the person who always does at home dvd cardio workouts. I have many dvd's, but all of them incorporate leg exercises. I am wanting to ignore my legs today because they are so so so sore. Does anyone know of a good workout I can look up to do at home. Core/upper body. I have the ball, weights, resistance tubes, mat.....I am lost without my set workouts that my dvd's provide
Thanx!!

I like push ups as well. A good all around upper body work out. I love to do planks as well for the core. There must be thousands of websites you can go to for ideas.
I like bands for bicep curls, upright rows, triceps, flies, seated rows with the band around your feet. The possibilities are endless!0 -
Can't beat a good ol fashioned push up (great for the core too)! Chest flies too are pretty good as well.
You could also try going for a walk with arm weights on? (I do this on the treadmill), but that has been the most beneficial for me, to the point where I dont feel the 3kg on each arm.0 -
