So I have been exercising these past few day...lol..and my legs hurt so bad I can't even walk! I look like a gimp, seriously! I used to run two miles everyday in the summer, but since winter has been here I haven't exercised in months! I can't believe how out of shape I am...anyone else need band-aids??:sad: :sad:

    Remember to work your muscles to loosen them up before and after the workout. Also if it's been a while since you've worked out, don't push yourself to the max at first, Start out slow and workup every day. Good luck: flowerforyou:

    I'm in pain today after not exercising for nearly a week. I biked 25 miles Sunday and walked/ran 4 miles yesterday. I stretched everything except my quads last night (I forgot) and they are KILLING me today. :laugh: You should've seen me trying to run up the 3 flights of stairs at work this morning (I was running a little late). Pitiful. :laugh:
  • Oh, don't I know the stairs thing. It took me a few extra minutes and a couple hundred different owey faces to make it up the stairs this morning! I dread going back down them!

    We took our kiddos ice skating for the first time yesterday (I haven't been in almost 15 years:ohwell: ). My shoulders and arms are killing me! Too much lifting the kids after they fell, trying to control their falls, hanging onto the wall so I wouldn't fall myself:blushing: . Worked them a LOT different than what I am used to. Lots of stretching is in order for us today!
