Bad table manners: Incorrect usage of flatware, chewing with mouth open, talking with food in your mouth.
Sounds a little snobbish when I type it out, but it's true.0 -

Behavior/attitude: Arrogance, vanity (I can stand being proud of yourself but when you cannot walk past a mirror without a full self-inspection I REALLY want to kick you in the yarbols), Whining, entitlement, and cruelty
Appearance: excessive body hair, a certain pungency (I like sweaty guy/girl smell, but people who smell like burnt cookies or rotten spices do not do "it" for me), and underbites
Above all, though, is smoking. Sorry, HATE it. Can't stand it. Blech.0 -

Negativity. I had a gf long back who would start every conversation with a negative slant. It makes life depressing. Ironic I say that in a thread about turn-offs, I know.
Also, lack of passion for something in life. Complacency. Verbally agreeing with everything I say, either because they have no opinions or are trying to please.
Honestly, though, I probably have more turn-ons than turn-offs. I can deal with an amazing amount of "quirks"0 -
