30 Day Shred Weights?

Hi!! Ok I am going to get 30DS today! I want to start there before on to Insanity or something like that. So, what weights do I need? Her kit comes with 3lb, is that what I should get or heavier?

    None of us could possibly tell you that. Just try it and see if it's too easy. If it is too easy, get bigger weights.

    Ok thanks, wasn't sure if the 3lb was the minimum.
