Hi there. I'm a new person. I guess I am supposed to awkwardly ask people to friend me. :-)

I have lost 150 pounds in the past, when I began college, but I have gained 60 pounds back since I began my very VERY sedentary job and also due to some other life occurrences. I do have a low thyroid but I try not to use that as an excuse.

My diet is mainly this: processed crap (chips, cookies that I snack on); CHEESE; carbs and sweets. I have a huge sweet tooth and my weakness is chocolate chip cookies. I also eat mostly vegetarian.

I need help with a) controlling my emotional eating. b) finding time and motivation to exercise and c) making better food choices.
