Ok, so I'm not looking for an argument but I want to post the info I find on this for those that are interested in possibly learning something they didn't know. Now lots of us think we know it all already and that's fine. But there are seekers like me that am always open to learning more.
So yes, most of you know I am into You Are Your Own Gym and what it's taught me. It's taught me that my thing is bodyweight training and I love it so far:) But, as before, I will always be open to learning, that is my main thing, learning and remaining teachable;)
People will not ever agree on every thing. I just want to post things that might be something someone else was looking for like I was:) I also have the group "Hooya, Give Me More" where the members are into bodyweight training and most are using the books and apps for yayog by Mark Lauren. But I did find this link today after someone mentioned that bodyweight training only takes you so far. I disagreed but wasn't going to argue. Lots disagree with me as well. Again, this is for others like myself that are looking for their exercise "niche" and it could be for them, like it is for me. So here is the article/blog I read today, loved it:

PS and I am pretty sure I will never stop recommending Mark Lauren's books:)

I've read a lot about it lately as well as knowing one guy that came out looking like an Olympian. This is just proof for me I don't need a lot of space or machines/weights
