This is a good list. Just fyi, Cod Liver Oil and Fish Oil should serve the same purpose with the Omega 3 reducing inflamation.
  • I take:
    A very good multivitamin
    Vitamin D
    Vitamin E
    Omega 3 fish oil
    Fiber supplement
    Occasional probiotics

Taking these daily has completely stopped the sugar/chocolate cravings. The fiber pills also really help to keep the appetite down :)

i use protein powder and thats about it...i keep seeing repots that supplements arent as effective as food. like fish oil...just saw a report this week saying fish oil supplements were not effective and that eating fish was the only real way to get the omegas and such..

I take a prenatal multivitamin and I use protein shakes post-workout. Every woman of childbearing age who is capable of getting pregnant and would carry to term if they did should be taking folic acid at a minimum (it's included in prenatals).
