Snack a Jacks

My daughter suggested I try Snack a Jacks oat cakes for my snacks.....OMG...they are yummy....Caramel ....only 51 calories per cake. Chocolate Chip.....68 calories per cake. Cheese...only 38 calories per cake. I'm hooked!!

    I love them every once in a while but they leave you with a really dry mouth, I like the salt and vinegar ones!

    dry mouth can be a good thing....encourages you to drink more water
