    I absolutely hate the smell of new cars and petrol (gasoline) and have always found myself in the minority here.

    But I like the smell of manure, which people think is crazy. I dunno - I just like the fresh, natural farm smell.

    I also like the smell of freshly cut grass, and used to assume everyone loved it, but apparently quite a few people hate it.

    And I like the smell of chlorine on my skin after I've been swimming. As a kid, I hated swimming, but I used to spend ages smelling my forearms after going swimming, because I liked the smell so much!

    Oh, and I love the smell of laundry that has been dried outside in the sun - to the extent that when it's a sunny day I do several loads of laundry so that all my clothes and bedding will smell like 'fresh air'!

    I don't much like getting up early in the morning, but I love the smell of early morning air.

    LOVE LOVE LOVE the smell of dirt after a good hard rain on a hot day! :)

    I also love the crisp smell in the air right before a cold front moves in (lol that smell of the seasons changing!:D)

    lol and the sweet smell that the plants (mainly trees) give off when they are getting ready to start pollinating!

    Oh, and the lemony fragrance that a magnolia blossom give off! (Yes, I'm a southern lady. :) The smell of a magnolia tree flower is so surprising. lol

    A brand new T shirt as you are pulling it over your head. Reminds me of the first night in boot camp after they shaved our heads, they got stuck to the stubble on our heads as we were pulling them over
