Ingredients:
- JELL-O Instant Pumpkin Spice Pudding & Pie Filling, 1/4 package (90 cals)
- Silk Almond Milk - Vanilla Unsweetened, 1/2 cup (18 cals)
- Stauffer's Original Ginger Snaps (120 cals)
Directions:
- Crumble Ginger snaps and line the bottom of an oven-proof ramekin/dish to make the 'crust'
- Pour prepared mix over it (I used almond milk in place of regular milk to save calories)
- Bake in the oven until the top is a golden brown (set mine at 300). Oven times vary, so keep an eye on it.
