Changing work out routine

I had been following The New Rules of Lifting for Women since January, and stopped in May when I got a free three month trial to a Crossfit-like program. I no longer have that, and currently do not have money to buy a Crossfit membership. However, for around a month I have tried getting back onto NRoLW and have found myself bored. The weights are heavy, but I think my mind misses the variety I got from Crossfit.

My question would be - What kind of weight/cardio workout routines do you guys follow or would recommend?
