So I got this recipe from another site and not only did it work (to my amusement lol) but it was delicious!!!!
1cup oats (I used Western Family 100% whole grain)
1small banana mashed
1/2 cup of cottage cheese
2 egg whites
1/2 tsp of cinnamon
Combine each ingredient in a food processor (or just blend really well) until it's like a pancake batter..put on stove, and make like pancakes. I split this recipe in half and added 1/2 tbsp. of good old peanut butter.
Top with your favorite fruit jam and you've got a yummy breakfast! (:
Total recipe comes to a total of 194 calories... 34 carbs... 1g of fat.... and 12g of protein
