First day over! thank you all for your help.

So i posted earlier about how terrible i was feeling about what i ate and you guys were all sooo encouraging! anyway i transfered everything from my paper and pen food diary to the online diary and i ate 1550 which is right at my calorie goal...(It was not all good for me but once i started paying attention i pulled it together by the end of the day) Anyway i worked out for 2 hours and 5 minures and it says i burnt more then i ate now...Im at -30 net calories... Im not hungry at all. What do you guys do in this situation. Im happy that i did better then i had thought in not going over but now this is totally not what i expected!

    TBH you can eat just about anything at a deficit and lose weight.
    Almost anything....

    I would pay attention to fat too. Sometimes i will be under calories but over on fat. There is a nutrient tab on my app so i can see fat and sodium, sugar, carbs, etc. Calories are important but i have found the other things play into weight loss too! Glad your day turned out well and i hope you stick around. Sounds like you are getting started so feel free to add me as a friend. :-)
