New and learning

Just joined two days ago, would love to hear how everyone is meeting their goals. Im the kinda person who gets in a rut, then....fizzles on everything. So new ideas are a huge plus!

My current "routine"
Using the food Diary 100% (and following the calorie allotment)
Walking at least 20 min a day.
AVOID soda
