A question about Flaxseed Oil

I recently purchased some Flaxseed Oil capsules from the internet and I don't think I appreciated how big they were! There is absolutly NO WAY my throat can swallow these bad boys! My plan is to cut them open and pour the oil on something (food)

What do you think Flaxseed Oil would go well with?!
