Suggestions/ neoprene handweights

Any suggestions out there where I can find inexpensive neoprene hand weights? I have looked at Wal-Mart and Target.... The 8 lbs. weights are $10.00 - $12.00 each! I currently have some 5 lbs. weights but really need some 8 lbs., 10 lbs. and 12 lbs.

Trying to get these on a college student budget, which is pretty non-existent! :laugh: :laugh:
