Hiya
So the start of the year i lost 20lbs in the first 4 months and since then ive not being losing.
so looked back on my food diary, and i was eating back my exercise cals but ive not been doing this for months.
so why do i need to eat my cals to lose weight.
I get up at 5am to do a workout dvd walk the dog a mile and then do my 4 mile walk a day for the children s school.
so i no im moving enough.
ive also stopped drinking as much water as i did.

If you know what worked for you before, why don't you try going back to that for about a month and see if it helps?0

So you were seeing results before than changed what you were doing and are no longer seeing results?
Go back to what you were doing. You weren't eating your exercise calories before... so eat them now. You were drinking more water before than you are now... so drink more water now.0
