You can do it!!!! You may want to try and cut out that alcohol or at least most of it if you can  Good luck, looks like your back on track!

Believe me, you are certainly NOT the only one to "enjoy" the holiday goodies! :noway:
I gained between 5 and 6 pounds myself in the last month. :grumble: Can't really pin point dates like you, but I CAN say that brownies, cookies, candy, etc. every time I turned around did it! :embarassed:
Now it's back to "behaving" myself!
    We CAN do it!

I'm up about 4-5 pounds myself from Christmas, so I know how you feel! But I'm back at it... and have been since Sunday. The good news is that weight put on in a short amount of time usually comes off in a short amount of time too. At least it seems that way for me. If you make sure to get back on track, that weight will come right off!!

    Good luck!

I just finished my exercise for the day..but before I started I had to check my HRM and the settings...and yup, I had to increase my wt 5 lbs. But, when I read your post, I took away from it at least 2 positives. 1. you were socializing, and 2. you were not at home eating alone for stress or feelings....All done in good cheer! Christmas and New Year's come once a year, I say celebrate and look, you are already looking ahead! You can do it, and I bet you will look amazing on that river trip!

I know how you feel and New Year's Eve is tomorrow! My in-laws are doing a fondue so I am going to have dinner before-hand so I don't go crazy.

I'm reading Bob Greene's Best Life Diet which seems to be more about common sense than an actual diet. I quite like it and feel like I have a bit more control.
