I completed insanity and I'd like to continue with that cardio storm, any suggestions about what should I do?
aaannndd I was thinking about staring insanity all over again.
do you have any tips? cause I'm kinda worried that I might hit a weight stuck.

There's Insanity Asylum. you could repeat Insanity. I opted to do an insanity/p90x hybrid program. After completing insanity, the biggest problem I've had is finding cardio that's as intense. Which is why I'm doing the hybrid. I get the benefits of strength days (from p90x) and then do insanity for cardio days. You can find schedules for different hybrid programs online.0
