How do you track your Total Gym usage?

I just got my Total Gym XLS this week and have used it 4 out of the 5 days...I am loving it! However I am not sure how to track it. I thought either strenght training or circuit training, but there is a 200 calorie difference in the total burned. The circuit training option said I burned 290 calories in 25 minutes and the strength training said 109...I want to make sure I am tracking right. How do you track your usage??
