I love sandwiches and this one is packed with nutrients and has a slight "tast of summer"

Ingredients:
Arnold's 100 calories multi-grain sandwich thins (or any other whole wheat sliced bread)
raw avacado
tomato
any kind of onion
brown spicy mustard (substitutions: light mayo, any mustard, any spicy spread, dressing)
optional: black pepper

Toast bread in toaster untill golden brown. slice 1 slice of tomato. chop up a little onion. slice as much avacado as you like.
Add vegetables to bread and add a little mustard and pepper and you're done!

I reccommend eating this sandwich fresh because fresh avacado tends to brown quickly and the tomato can make the bread get soggy.

But its Very tasty and well worth it. :) It adds lots of flavor to the avacado. enjoy!

I eat sandwiches like this all the time - I'm a vegetarian so I thrive off of veggie sandwiches! My favorite condiment is light cream cheese.....usually I'll take some cream cheese and add some garlic and/or dill to flavor it up. It's a good binder and doesn't make me miss cheese slices so much.

I just like loading a nice wheat sub/hoagie bun with massloads of lettuce and onions and some pickles with a thin layer of light mayo. Not very nutritional, but eh, I find it tasty :P
