Wow, awesome transformation! I totally agree about too much food. I'm 48 and seeing what you're talking about. They say it's 20 percent excercise and 80 percent diet. You have taken it to a new level with your exercise though. You look great!0

I'm curious about what weightlifting program you use that you mentioned? Sorry if I missed it.
I have also been lifting / exercising for most of my life but the same old tired exercises -- lunge, squat, overhead press, tricep kickback, etc. I'd love to veer off this path to something different that's going to show results. I'm not afraid of lifting heavy but I definitely need direction.0 -
