cake mix + can of diet soda. (chocolate cake and cola, or yellow/white cake and sprite). mix together, pour in muffin tins (with cupcake paper). bake about 20 min (or until knife comes out clean). slap a dollop of lite cool whip on top, and done. 100 calories (a few more with the cool whip).0

This recipe works with any cake mix. Just add the box cake mix (no additional ingredients) and a can of pumpkin puree and bake as directed. So yummy. I also really enjoy chocolate vitamuffins.

Ingredients:
2 small packages of instant sugar-free vanilla pudding
2 cups of no-fat (skim) milk
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin spice
15 ounce can of pumpkin
8 ounces of fat-free Cool Whip
Directions:
Make pudding first with the 2 cups of skim milk.
Fold in the rest of the ingredients - spice, pureed pumpkin and Cool Whip.
Serve!

HI. I am an absolute chocoholic with a sweet tooth. So here are two of my saviors when I am loosing:
1) Godiva chocolate bits - 5 ccal each, dark chocolate, small but satisfy the craving
2) Trader Joe European style Mocha or chocolate yogurt. They are 130 ccal each but (and it’s a big but) only 20 ccal are from fat. The taste nothing like ordinary yogurts (and let me mention I am not a fan of any yogurts to begin with). If you eat it with a small spoon (one more secret weapon) - you should have a blast.
3) This one is not an everyday thing but rather a reward that doesn’t make you feel guilty. Whole food store has tiny and mini pastries. One of the chocolate cups with a cup of real blueberry (don’t forget that little spoon again 8-)) – and I feel really rewarded for the good week.

Fat-free plain Greek yoghurt and fruit
Fat-free plain Greek yoghurt with a little bit of maple syrup or honey
Low-fat rice pudding with fruit or jam (jelly if you're American)
Porridge (oatmeal if you're American, goodness this is exhausting!) with cinnamon and a little maple syrup or honey

And, here in the UK at the moment we have the wonderful Hartleys Low Calorie Jelly in various flavours with only 10 calories (yes, 10!) per 175g pot.0 -
I make low cal homemade "puddings" that have between 5 and 50 calories a serving. I make a lemon "pudding" by adding lemon juice, 0cal sweetener, cornstarch, 2 cups of water, and 1/8 cup egg beaters and cooking until thickened. I make a chocolate version using water, cornstarch, 0cal vanilla syrup, 1/4 cup milk and 1-3/4 cups of water. You can change up the flavors by using any juice or flavored drink mix such as Emergen-C, adding coffee to the chocolate, etc. I actually like the chocolate version better than the full milk version I grew up on. I place them in single serve containers with lids that I get from my local restaurant supply store. I have even frozen them for a yummy replacement when my family breaks out the ice cream.0

Not sure how "healthy" it really is, but I like to have a bowl of sliced strawberries with light whip cream on top. Same goes for bananas, peaches.. Basically any fruit. Light whip cream is only 15 cals for 2 tbsp.

Fresh strawberries (5 berries = 20 cal) with half of a serving of Light and Fit vanilla yogurt on it (3oz = 40 cal). (Optional: Sometimes I sprinkle on some ground flax seed for the omega-3 and it has hardly any flavor... a hint of granola-y taste perhaps..) Peaches also work well instead of strawberries.0

Great ideas! Here is one:
Pumpkin custard:
1/2 cup pure pumpkin
1/4 cup egg beaters or 1 egg white
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
Mix above ingredients, and put in microwave for about 3 to 4 minutes. Overturn into a bowl, and pour 1/4 cup cold almond milk over the top.
