1/3 cup of old fashioned oatmeal
1/2 cup skim milk
1 oz of blueberries
.5oz walnuts (unsalted)
a little bit of splenda
I cook it all together. It is my favorite breakfast meal!!!!!!!!!!!! YUMMY!!! I stop eating at 7pm so I am usually very hungry at breakfast time.0 -
