    1 cup oatmeal w/ 5 tsp of brown sugar (yes I know, that's 75 cal. in sugar, but worth it! Yum!)
    1/2 cup of 1% milk
    8 oz. of orange juice

    total 383 calories---(skipping mid-morning snack because of the brown sugar)

    1 cup All bran extra fiber cereal (100 calories) and 1/2 cup skim milk (45 calories) I'm still hungry though..lol so I'm gonna add to that :tongue:

    then about an hour later
    1 serving Fiber One raisin bran cereal

    2 teas strawberry preserves

    2 cups of coffee - starting to cut back.. :drinker:

    Today was 3/4 cup Special K Cinnamon Pecan Cereal with 1/2 cut fresh strawberries quartered and 1/2 cup skim milk. I also had a glass of diet cranberry-grape juice.
    Then around 8 I had my 2 cups of coffee with sugar free creamer and around 10 was a banana and Fiber One Oats and Peanut Butter granola bar.
    Now lunch: 1 whole wheat bagel with 2 tbsp fat free cream cheese, 14 baby carrots and a light no sugar added strawberry yogurt.

    1/2 cup skim milk
    1 oz of blueberries
    .5oz walnuts (unsalted)
    a little bit of splenda

    I cook it all together. It is my favorite breakfast meal!!!!!!!!!!!! YUMMY!!! I stop eating at 7pm so I am usually very hungry at breakfast time.
