I have had my ChaLean Extreme for 2 years and i am kinda bored with it. It still give a great work out but my hands still hurt when i lift heavy even with gloves. And my hands are lively hood since I am a dental hygienist.
When I had my gym membership I did the body pump and body combat classes and loved them.
So what I need is some personal reviews from people on here. Stick with my ChaLean or buy LM pump???
I would go back to the gym but my husband and I are trying to cut down monthly expenses.:grumble: :grumble:

Try LM. BB has a return policy for a reason. If you don't like it, then return it. Decide for yourself, but it sounds like you are ready to mix it up. I've not done either. I'm just on my first round on Insanity.0

It is ALWAYS a good idea to switch up your workout..... I have a free suggestion for you that really helped me to lose the majority of my post baby weight.. it is the Spartacus Workout. You can download the MP3 audio for free by going to workoutmuse.com and the moves are online as well. Men's Health actually put it out initially but it is also a part of Women's Health as well. 10 moves. Do Move #1 for 60 seconds then rest for 15 seconds then do move #2 for 60 seconds and continue.. you get the drift. there is a 2 minute rest after doing all 10 moves then you start all over again with move #1 and go thru to #10. you do 2 rounds of this for a workout that is about 43 minutes or so.. it is AWESOME.. and the best part is that you can do it with or without weights depending on your level of fitness and then you can even do as many reps as you can fit into that 60 seconds.. some people get tons of reps in while others get a few.. the idea is to keep moving. We do this workout on the lunch hour at my job and have some 60 something year olds, some 20 somethings and everything in between - both male and female and i swear everyone loves it because we can all do it together but at our individual level of intensity and there is always room to challenge yourself and switch it up when you get bored with it.. just add more reps or.. heavier weights! You and your hubby and even do it together at home!0

I love body pump. I took spinning and body pump classes when I looked my absolute best. I just found some in my area. My ultimate fitness goal is to become a body pump instructor.0

glad you posted this question, i have never done both and was looking into getting one of these programs but am not sure which one. i have hit my goal weight but i still need to lose a few inches and tighten up. I am confused about this high rep/low weight thing as everyone seems to be about low reps/ high weight...0
