    Sun 10/7 60min bike (480 / 900min goal) by Sat 10/27. Had a great ride, went to yoga yesterday and it helps my other workouts so much.

    I'm in for the flexibility challenge. (I'm already doing a personal challenge of 200 miles in October. Combination of various methods: walking, jogging, cycling, rowing, elliptical, etc. Additionally I also have a goal of doing 75 hours of cardio in Oct.)

    Now seriously, I accept challenge for walking/running 75 miles wherein my focus would be to not ditch "the running part & 900 min Yoga"

    Start Date: 21st Sep,2012 and my goals would be accomplished by/before 26th October,2012 11:59 IST

    Well My update for the weekend (every Saturday)

    I tried but Yoga is still not my kind of thing to take shot, so I am into 900 min stretching.

    75 miles started on 21st Sep, accomplished till 29th Sep 20 miles. Miles to go = 50 by 26th October.

    900 min stretching, accomplished till 29th Sep 30 min. Stretching minutes to go = 870 by 26th October(nw thts going to be tough)

    Update for this weekend

    Week 3:

    47.5 miles - 5.5 miles = 42 miles to go before 26th Oct l(+ves running portion is increasing, which was/is my challenge)

    870 min - 20 min = 850 min of stretching :-/ (i don't know how will i do it before 26th, but its my fault - i m gonna minimize it anyhow!)
    Last Week:

    20 miles behind my running/walking goal

    Stretching - Well 800 min behind the goal :-|

    No matter.. I am again in to challenging myself and I will complete it!

    Congrats Littlesmile for being on track and Sunshine for finishing her goal.

    It's been requested and I'll work on creating a group. Looking for a good logo!

    I need to reset my goal. I did finished my run goal way before Oct 20th, but I wasn't even close to reaching the flexibility goal and I didn't do a good job at logging the small amounts of time I did do. But I guess the true goal was for me to be more intentional about my flexibility workouts.

    So I guess I'll be starting Monday, October 29th
    finish by Monday, December 3rd

    900 minutes of Flexibility--Focus my energy on getting Yoga and Stretching into my life.

    Status update (31 October 2012):

    140 of 900 Minutes of Stretching complete
    12.25 of 75 miles Run/Walk complete

    I'm a little behind...I'll have to jack it up a bit to make the goal. The miles I'll make no problem...it's the stretching that's giving me troubles....I don't do enough of it (usually 5 minutes before and after each work out...so adding more is challenging)

    I am starting on 1/november
    I will walk a total of 75 miles in 5 weeks and complete 900 minutes of pilates or yoga.

    My start weight is 159.2lbs

    I'm checking in. I'm doing piss poor with my flexibility goal. Have yet to hit a Yoga Class.
    But If you don't have plan, you plan to fail. So I have looked at my calendar and devised a way to hit my Flexibility goal by December 3rd.

    Realistically, on Saturday (11/10) I will do Yoga for at least 30 minutes after a run.

    If I can get a run in Today (11/8) and hit 30 minutes of flexibility afterwards, that would be bomb. But will depend on how long my meeting goes this morning--so we'll see how I can squeeze it in.

    But I don't plan on making the same mistake twice this go round. I'll keep you all posted!

    Still a little behind on my stretching but I'm getting closer. I was going to do some stretching tonight, but I worked late, then had to go pick up meds, got home they filled them wrong, had to go back, ended up waiting 45 minutes, finally got home and it was already after 7 and no dinner yet. :huh: At least I got my run in before work today.... tomorrow is a "rest" day for my training, so I will use it to stretch and try to catch up.

    Hi all

    Done 8 miles this week no stretches but will get that back next week.

    so this week need to at least 16 miles(ok so we will see how that goes)

    and 90 mins of stretches

    Also I was wondering if anyone knows how to do a google doc so we can record our data.
    I have no idea but other groups use them and they are really handy.
