The Biggest Loser Wii Game

I don't know about anyone else who has this game, but it really kicked my butt! I am wondering though if I'm in so much pain because the warm-ups or cool-downs weren't enough. I literally feel like I can't walk because my calves hurt so badly after a 19 min (I think) yoga workout yesterday. When I saw that I had to do yoga, I was like aww man, I was hoping for something a little more effective, but boy was I wrong! I must've really underestimated yoga workouts! Has anyone else had this happen to them??
