I just got a polar FT4, I was wondering, could I wear it all day to figure out my BMR?

    I have heard from numerous people that it is not good for this type of thing.
    I have one and only use it for traditional scheduled exercise.

    You would have to lie perfectly still for 24 hours and not get up to pee or eat or drink anything, don't bother lol!
