How do you track the calories you burn with strength training?

under the cardiovascular category you can select strength training. This is what i do, and then i go under the strength training category and add the individual exercises i perform with weights and reps. so that way i track the cals and the activity0

I wear a heart rate monitor with chest strap.
It's on during my training..and I can stop it for each exercise, or let it go til I'm done, then record it under cardiovascular.0 -
