Frustrated with the Fatty

I've been a member of MFP since January. I solidly logged for four months and lost nothing. I, of course, gain when I don't log but it is only a flux of one to two pounds. I am so TIRED of being unhealthy and am fed-up with not going anywhere. I am going to stick with this for the winter holidays. I want to wear a sweater without looking like a fluffy whale. I am in need of friends who will encourage me to exercise and log daily. If you concur with my journey, join me to be a fit goldfish come snow!

Lol, I avoided polo necks for years because of your reason (though I figured I'd look like a baby seal, a neckless fluffy white blob)!
You don't look like you have much to lose and that when it gets waaay harder (in my experience). Im adding you! I'm in a bit of a rut myself and DO NOT want christmas to feed my meaty *kitten* with all its festive goodness this year!0 -
You see, logging is not enough. You also need to exercise. Even though MFP adds the calories you just burned, thus, giving you the excuse to eat more, it doesn't work that way. There will be times when you need to take out a few calories (like 100-200) and stick with that number just to lose weight. Least, that's how it is for me. When I don't exercise, I eat less because I'm not active, therefore not many calories are needed. Sometimes you have to toggle things and try to find what works for you: not everyone is the same.
If you wish to add me, feel free!0
