Hi Nikki. Welcome. Use your food tracker, track and log everything. Drink plenty of water, eat plenty of fruits and veggies. Exercise as much as you can a few days a week and do strength training as well. This is a great place to lose weight and get helpful information and advice. Good luck on your journey.0
