I have recently started the yayog program and today was day 3. Although I was so sore after Day 2 I had to take one day off. But today when I came back to it, I was able to exceed beyond what I had done the first time through the W1D1 exercises. I have had a really hard time with Let Me Ups which are a form of pullup but you do it starting on your back and pulling your whole body up to a bar or table as you grip the table.
Anyway, I know many of you don't know about yayog but I was just so excited that I had gained strength so quickly that I was able to not only do the 4 original pullups, but I also did 12 more!!
I love weight-training!! For those that don't know yayog is a weight-training using body weight and no gym equipment:)

ty Bg;) I took some photos but they blurred. These are just to go with a record of the changes that I plan to put up when I reach my goal weight etc:) I can't believe how different I feel. I wasn't as sore this after yesterdays workout since it was my second time through those particular exercises. So it does get easier but then Mark asks us "are you ready to kick it up a notch?"
hugs girlfriend!! denise:flowerforyou: :drinker: :drinker:0
