I finally got down to almost my ideal weight. I'm 5lbs shy so i've lessen my cardio by a whole bunch and have gone to doing lifting with minor cardio. How much protein should I be taking in to build muscle. I'm 6' and weight 180lbs?

At least 180grams a day to maintain, and heavy weights with low reps 6-8 failure will promote size 10-12 reps is more for tone (I think). Protein should be spread across the day and eaten with every meal. I find it extremely difficult to do. I take it you meant building bigger muscles? Also you can't get bigger without a surplus if calories so with cardio and weight training you probably need to eat a lot. Ben0
