Hope everyone had a Merry Christmas and will have a great New Year.
I went into December with the hope of maintaining my 139 pounds over this crazy season. Because of being busy with other stuff December meant pretty much no cardio and no weigtht training. I guess the rest was a good thing because I lost 2 pounds, the scale actually read 137 pounds; honest I wasn't good, I didn't track my food and I was eating the treats in the office. On Monday I started recording my meals again and exercising again. I hope others have had similar results. Good luck to everyone in 2010.:blushing: :flowerforyou: :happy:0 -
Well weigh in today . . . 140.3 lbs. Booooo! :grumble: Not so happy with it, but I think it has given me the motivation to get my *kitten* in gear and work out every day and make healthier meals. With my new job I feel like I havent got the time to prepare meals like i used to with my part time job.
My new goal for the week: prepare meals that are VERY healthy(i need to go grocery shopping), 30 day shred/Shape magazine workout everyday, or at least every other day. I have been doing it for two days already and feel pretty sore but better.
I imagine there will be a few new members in the new year, new year resolution, so welcome to all new Crazy Canucks members!!
Connie, if you are reading this, feel free to weigh with us every week!!:flowerforyou: :happy:0 -

ok, i have decided im going to post more b/c i need to be accountable for what i do. so i have been doing fairly well with the exercising every day like i said i was going to. I have done 30 day shred and the SHAPE mag. workout everyday last week, then the weekend came and we had actually deicided to go home to my parents. there we ended up doing Wii and Wii fit for two days. lol. i was extremely sore after that. then today when we got back i did a 'flirty girl' workout dvd using my new resistance bands that i got for Christmas. so i am actually quite proud thus far. i gotta keep going tho.
and with going home, i figured my food choices would be limited, but i encouraged my mom to use a chicken breast recipe that i use and ate a lot of veggies. so not so bad. guess we will see on the scale for wednesday if something happened.
hope everyone is having a good holiday season, and i wish everyone good luck in the new year!!! get talking and then you get motivated!!!! Go Canada Go!!!! World Juniors are also lookin good for the Canadians here in Saskatoon!!!! Good luck Team Canada!!!!0 -
