Goal Setting...

So I've been asked about my goals for weightloss and life, I've got the life goals covered but the weightloss goals are kind of tricky. I know I want to lose a total of 100lbs but in what time frame is 'safe" is 2lbs a week a good goal? I want to set goals that are attainable,but not things that are like so easy, yet I want them to be something reachable so I don't try my hardest and then not meet them...any advice?

    2-4lbs is a week is good. Remember some weight loss is better than no weigh loss and definitely better than gaining it!
