Podrunner BPM Question

Hey All,

I love podrunner! I just love the music and don't think I could run without it. But I have a hard time pacing myself to the tempos.

I'm doing the First Day to 5K and am on week 6 (25 min run tomorrow).

During the walk intervals I step with the beat easily, but once the run intervals start I can't find the rhythm. This frustrated me at first but like I said, I like the music, so I stopped trying to match the beat with my feet and have just been jogging at my own pace.

My question is how do you jog to the BPM? With walking it is like back when I was in marching band in high school - step one foot on the first beat.

When jogging and trying to match my foot-fall to a particular beat in the music it feels goofy - too fast or too slow. I just can't make the two match up.

Any advice?

    I asked this last week. Currently on week 7 of C25K and it is kicking my butt! Just can't find my stride. Any advice?
