Hi, everyone. I'm Amy and this is my second try on this site. Last spring and summer I tracked calories and exercise and it really helped. I lost 12 pounds over 5 months. I felt great and even though I still had A LOT more to lose I felt like i could do it. Then i made the mistake of buying new clothes and throwing out some bigger sizes. I don't know if that it was did it , but I fell off the wagon in August. I haven't gained it all back but I can't fit into my new clothes anymore. So, here I am again. I started exercising 2 days ago and today I will start keeping track of calories. Last time out I didn't post on the message board, so this time i am hoping it will help.

welcome back!!! this is my second try on this site too. I got an ipod for Christmas and downloaded this. I'm so hoping that I can do it this time around. I too feel like if I check out the message boards and blogging that I can stay strong.
