Weight Loss plateau

Hello all! I started dieting by myself after reaching nearly 14stone (or196lbs for our American friends) That was 2 years ago and i have since lost nearly 2 stone (23lbs). I am really proud of myself and have even started going swimming again 3 times a week and using the app to track my weight loss. The problem is the weight loss has stopped, im freaking out- i bought some scales (worst mistake ever!!) Im weighing myself constantly and if it says i have put a single pound on i feel devastated! I have lost a dress size, feel more confident and ditched the scarf i used to wear to hide my face, but i just focus on what ive put on rather than what i have lost.
I need some help and support, i still have another 2 stone to go to reach my goal, and i think if i carry on like this i will drive myself crazy!!
Any suggestions (other than throwing the darn scales out the window?)

Changing up your exercises is a fun way to snap your body into gear. This is what I am currently doing: http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/sequelnaturals/vega-sport-performance-protein.html
