Looking for an app to firward plan my exercise

Im a person who loves charts and tick boxes. Although I have it on paper on my fridge, I'm looking for an iPhone app which will allow me to firward plan each day if my Body Revolution workout which I can then 'tick off' when I've done it.
Any suggestions?
That way I can have it with me in my calendar.

    I use Fitness Buddy for Iphone, not sure if you can track BR with it but it lets you export your data, but it has tons of cardio and weight training that can be logged

    What kind of workouts do you do?

    I use Jefit to plan and track my workouts at gym - pretty good.
    Runningahead is by far the best way to plan running.

    Or you could go basic and just stick it in either a calendar or tasks programme.

    A lot if the soeguc exercise apps allow you to plan weight, reps, miles etc. I just want workout 1, workout 2 etc. didn't think if just using a basic tasks app. Thanks!!!
