So I'm nicely losing weight at a good average pace, and then I have a bad food day and boom, I lose even more!
I've been losing about 1/3lb a day all week, yesterday was a hectic day so no formal exercise, I ate, Fried bacon, friend eggs and fried bread for breakfast, Sheetz chicken strips and onion rings for lunch, half a red baron pizza for dinner and a couple of Smirnoff ices.
Low and behold today I'm down another 2.2lbs!
I've said it before, is there anything bacon can not do

It is about averages over several days, weeks, months, and years. Day to day weight fluctuations of a couple of pounds up and down are normal and typically are caused by water retention and the amount of food in your gut. If you are weighing yourself with clothes on, the fluctuations can be even larger due to the clothes. If you can not be nude, say at a weight loss group meeting, wear the same clothes each time for your weigh in.0
