    Thanks a mil. Glad I inspired some. I must say that I had been inspired by many here on MFP.

    Couple of ups and downs along the way. I guess this might be a permanent thing in life anyway. I ride on the ups and don't stay too long on the downs. I am loving every moment of this journey. I am loving it to get all dolled up. I love it more when I look all messed up and sweaty dragging my feet back in after a run.

    I love the compliments. But forget not the snide remarks people made before. Not to remain in the past rather to be a constant reminder of where can you be if you don't do what you need/must do.

    I embrace new friendships that helps me to get to where I want to be and sweat not the existing one that slipping away because they can't stand the person I am becoming.

    Its not easy but its worth it.
