I am 5'3 female and my current weight is 139. My goal wt is 125lbs. I work out for a hr 5-6 days a week burning 300-400 calories each time. My calorie intake for the past few weeks has been around 1,000-1,200. The wt is coming off extremely slowly and some weeks I don't lose at all! I know I need to increase my calories due to my exercise intensity but I am scared and don't know how many to eat a day to reach my goal.
Any help would be appreciated! Thank you!

Everyone will tell you that 1200 should be your minimum. And if you eat only that plus workout, you will go under. I use the app on my phone most days and it helps because it tells you your net (calories-exercise)
If you search the topic you will see an overwhelming response to eating no less than 1200 calories.0 -
figure out your TDEE and eat a 20% reduction0

You want to lose slow, you don't want it to come off to fast. I eat between 900 and 1200 and I never eat my exercise calories back.0
