Hi all
I've been dieting for nearly 2 months now, lost 9lb before I came on this forum, now done 1st 10lb altogether.
Have been using a Personal Trainer twice a week, which has been excellent and so motivating, but am starting to lose motivation when I have to go to the gym by myself. Also will go down to once a week wirh the PT from November. I'm a member of Virgin Active, and do enjoy classes, am looking for a gym buddy to work out with and keep me going!
I also lead a busy life, so have very little time for cooking, so would appreciate smetips on low calorie/low fuss foods. I have no microwave at work, so lunches do have to be cold!
Would appreciate any advice.
