I am a nut butter freak and allow myself 20% good fat in my daily macros, but sometimes I need more....my answer has been Byrd mill peanut flour. For 1/4 c you get 12g of protein, 3g of fat, 7g of carbs, 3g of fiber and 2g of sugar. I use it in my protein pancakes, my protein bars, my smoothies etc....just wanted to share because it's so good. I couldn't find it at Whole foods or Trader Joe's, I order it on line in bulk - there are a couple of different manufacturers if you google peanut flour.
