Hi a Newbie

Hi there, My name on here is Snugs, I am 41, and have to step up my weight loss to lose 60 pounds in 3 months, right now I am doing as close to no carb as I can AND keeping my calorie count to at leaat 1200. This is not easy, as many days I am 100 or more under that...

Any ideas you have to get my calorie count up but keep the carbs down would be great... I should tell you that the 60 pounds I have to lose is for a surgery to remove cancer... so it is not an option... I have to do this...
