I do a lot of grattitude excercises. Whenever I find myself complaining or whining, I try and turn it around and find something I am grateful for. For example, "I hate working out" becomes "I am thankful to be physically able to move my body and be stronger and healthier." Changing your way of thinking and telling yourself positive things turns into positive actions and equals success, it can certainly be challenging, but it is worth it if you try. Good luck to you on your journey!!

It can take a while to get comfortable in your skin but it is worth it. You have only been given one body and you have done a wonderful job in getting your body to this stage. Now you need to get to the next stage which is TO OWN IT. Some self hypnosis has been helpful to me, Paul Mckenna has some stuff you can download onto an Ipod and then listen too.

    Go shopping.

Buy the sexiest, slimliest thing you've always wanted to wear. And rock the hell out of it.

Don't do what most of us usually do and buy something extra baggy to be safe. Rock those new curves.

...That's what worked for me, anyway.

This. Seriously, going shopping for new clothes always makes me feel better. Especially when I start donating the old clothes that are much too big on me now. I also look through my progress photo album (that I have been taking monthly since May 2011) to see how far I have come and that makes me feel great. You've lost 124 pounds, be proud! You may not be where you want to be yet but you will get there but you have to start with loving yourself first. :)

^^^strong truth! Be thankful for what you can do vs what you could do before. Keep building momentum.
