anybody tryed Sensa

I keep seeing Sensa advertised but would like to know if anyonne has tried it and what you think about it.

I ordered the "free" sample and then decided it was a scam. You sprinkle stuff on your food and it's supposed to make you feel less like eating the whole ... whatever - sandwich, fruit, candy bar, etc. I thought it was too much trouble for the effort.

It's better to learn about portion control in a legitimate food plan like MFP.

I sent the stuff back.

Thanks...I guess I won't try it. I know there really is no quick & easy way to lose weight. :noway: Wishful thinking. I will just keep counting those calories and working out. :drinker:
