I am such a sucker for sausage, egg and cheese. Ideally I like to take out a sausage patty and an egg patty from the freezer, microwave them slap with a slice of cheese on a toasted bagel/muffin and go. I would love to set up a healthier, lower calorie version in my freezer that I can just pop in the microwave and go. I don't want to buy individual packages ex. lean pockets, jimmy dean ect. and I want to set it up so that will be my breakfast every morning.

I know I can make a low calorie sandwich using some brands of turkey sausage and freeze them, lowfat cheese (or laughing cow) a whole wheat english muffin, but the egg is what gets me. I want to make like 60 egg white patties at once and freeze them, kind of like the frozen regular eggs that you would get from a fast food place. Does anyone know if you can actually freeze cooked egg whites like this?

I'm sure you can but why bother? You can cook a raw egg white as fast as you would be able to microwave a cooked one. In fact, I'm pretty sure you could microwave the raw egg white.
